More than just a logo – your complete club collection

Classic club clothing often means selecting a finished item and printing the club logo on the chest or back. That is possible – but CREWILD can do more.

With many of our products, the design is integrated directly into the overall styling. Depending on the item, colors, patterns, gradients, sleeves, front and back, and other areas can be individually designed. For selected products, even details such as cuffs or seam colors can be incorporated into the club design.

The logo, club name, sponsors, player numbers, initials, or names can be appropriately integrated into the overall design. This does not result in arbitrary clothing with a logo applied afterward, but in a well-thought-out club collection with real recognition value.

Collecting size lists, checking orders, chasing money, and distributing boxes: Organizing club clothing often costs board members and those responsible more time than expected.

With your own CREWILD club shop, ordering becomes significantly easier. We set up your approved club collection in its own shop-in-shop – publicly or password-protected upon request.

Your members can select the desired items and sizes themselves and order directly. CREWILD handles production and shipping. The club does not have to organize large group orders, store goods temporarily, or pay in advance for various sizes.

New members or missing sizes? Many items can be reordered individually later. This ensures your club collection remains available long-term and can be expanded with new products or designs as needed.

How your own club collection is created

You don't need a finished design yet. An idea, your club colors, and your logo are enough to get started. We accompany you from the first coordination to the finished collection.

1. Getting to know the club and your wishes

In an initial meeting, we clarify which products you need, who should wear them, and what style you imagine. In doing so, we take into account your sport, your club life, your colors, and your budget.

2. Submitting logo and design requirements

You send us your club logo, existing color definitions, fonts, and other design requirements. If there are no concrete ideas yet, we will develop a suitable direction together.

3. Receiving initial drafts

We design initial products and show you what your club collection can look like. We ensure that the various items go together stylistically and create a recognizable overall look.

4. Giving feedback and approving the collection

You give us feedback on colors, placement, products, and details. After the agreed adjustments, you provide the final approval.

5. Opening the club shop and ordering

We set up the approved items in your own shop-in-shop. Afterward, your members can select and order the desired products and sizes themselves. Production and shipping are handled by CREWILD.

Frequently asked questions about club clothing

Is there a minimum order quantity at CREWILD?

No. We manufacture without a minimum order quantity. Many customizable products can be ordered starting from a single piece and reordered individually later.

Can individual members reorder later?

Yes. Your approved club collection remains available in your shop. Thus, new members or members with additional needs can reorder many items themselves later.

Can names, initials, and player numbers be added?

Yes, additional personalization is possible for many products. Depending on the item, names, initials, departments, functions, player numbers, or other information can be integrated.

Can we implement our club colors completely?

For many products, colors, patterns, and different product areas can be completely designed. For items that are classically printed or embroidered, we choose a suitable base color and finishing together. Which options exist depends on the respective product.

Can sponsor logos be included in the design?

Yes. Sponsor logos can be integrated into the design, provided the products are suitable and the file quality is sufficient. A prerequisite is that your club owns the necessary usage rights.

How long does production take?

The production and delivery time depends on the chosen product, the design, and the order volume. Many items are produced within a few business days of ordering. We will coordinate the specific timeframe with you before approval – especially if the club apparel is needed for a specific date.

Does the custom club shop cost anything?

We set up a dedicated shop-in-shop for your jointly developed club collection with no standard setup fees. Depending on your preference, the shop can be publicly accessible or password-protected.

Do we have to order all items at the same time?

No. Your members can select the desired products themselves. This means you do not have to buy a complete collection at once or provide upfront financing.

Can we expand our collection later?

Yes. New products, additional variants, or further designs can be added later. This allows your club collection to grow with your club.

Can customized club apparel be exchanged?

Custom-made or personalized products are generally excluded from exchange. Therefore, sizes, personalizations, and details should be carefully checked before ordering. We are happy to support you if you have questions about product selection.
