For many of our products, your corporate identity becomes part of the overall design. Depending on the item, colors, patterns, gradients, sleeves, front and back panels, and other surfaces can be customized. With select products, details such as cuffs or seam colors can even be integrated into the design.

Your company logo, company name, claim, or campaign motif is not just placed anywhere, but integrated appropriately into the overall look. Names, initials, departments, and job titles can additionally be personalized on many products.

This is how your custom corporate apparel is created

You don't need a finished collection or a precise design concept yet. Your corporate design guidelines, the logo, and an initial idea are enough to get started. We accompany you from the consultation to the final implementation.

1. Getting to know your company and requirements

Together, we clarify who will wear the clothing, for which areas it is needed, and what impact you want to achieve. In doing so, we consider the use case, style, desired products, and budget.

2. Submitting logo and design specifications

You send us your logo, company colors, existing fonts, and other corporate design guidelines. If you don't have a specific design idea yet, we will work together to develop a suitable direction.

3. Selecting products and receiving initial drafts

We recommend suitable items and design initial drafts. In doing so, we ensure that different products function as a cohesive company collection.

4. Provide feedback and approve designs

You provide us with feedback on colors, placements, products, and details. Once the agreed-upon adjustments have been made, you grant final approval.

5. Open team shop and order

We will set up the approved products in your own shop-in-shop. You can then proceed to order the agreed-upon items. Production and shipping are handled by CREWILD.

What is the difference between company apparel and corporate fashion?

Company apparel generally describes clothing worn by a company's employees. Corporate fashion goes a step further: colors, cuts, logos, and design elements are deliberately tailored to the brand identity. At CREWILD, we combine both approaches to create an individual company collection.

Is there a minimum order quantity at CREWILD?

No. We produce without a minimum order quantity. Many customizable products can be ordered starting from as little as one piece and can be reordered individually later.

Can we just have our logo printed or embroidered on existing clothing?

Yes. Depending on the product, classic printing and embroidery are possible. However, the special strength of CREWILD lies in extensive customization: for many items, colors, patterns, and entire product surfaces can be designed to match your corporate design.

Can names, job titles, and departments be added?

Yes. For many products, names, initials, job titles, departments, or other individual details can be added. The possibilities depend on the respective item and the chosen implementation method.

Can different garments still look uniform?

Yes. Recurring colors, patterns, logo positions, and design elements link different products into a unified collection. This allows employees to wear different items while still being perceived as one team.

Can our corporate colors be implemented exactly?

For many products, colors and surfaces can be customized very individually. For classically printed or embroidered items, we will work with you to select a suitable base color and matching finishing colors. We will coordinate the specific options with you on a product-by-product basis.

Can individual employees reorder later?

Yes. Many items can be reordered flexibly. With your own team shop, new or existing employees can easily select the approved products and sizes.

How long does production take?

Production and delivery time depend on the product, design, order volume, and delivery destination. Many items are produced within a few business days of ordering. For fixed trade fair, onboarding, or event dates, we will coordinate a realistic schedule with you in advance.

Does the own team shop cost anything?

No. We will set up a dedicated shop-in-shop for your jointly developed company collection without any classic setup fees. We will coordinate the specific layout and ordering logic to suit your company.

Can orders be delivered to different locations?

Depending on the project, shipping can be organized collectively to your company, to different locations, or directly to individual recipients. We will discuss the most sensible solution with you in advance.

Can we expand our company collection later?

Yes. New products, additional variations, seasonal items, or special event editions can be added later. This way, your collection can grow with your company.

Can custom-made company apparel be exchanged?

Custom-made or personalized products are generally excluded from exchange. Therefore, sizes, personalizations, and details should be checked carefully before ordering. We are happy to support you with any questions regarding product selection.
