About CREWILD

CREWILD stands for individual clothing and accessories that do not look like ordinary standard products with a logo on the chest.

We work together with companies, associations, schools, hotels, catering businesses, clubs, and teams to develop a unique look. Colors, patterns, sleeves, backs, and many other areas can become part of the design.

A simple principle applies here:

Your name big. CREWILD small.

Because in the end, your identity should be visible – not ours.

CREWILD is a brand of Time Of Vibes UG (haftungsbeschränkt), based in Munich, Germany.

Time Of Vibes UG is your legal contracting party. CREWILD stands for our custom teamwear, corporate fashion, club apparel, and the development of proprietary collections.

You are not working with an anonymous print portal; instead, you have a personal contact person – from the initial idea through design and approval, all the way to production and delivery.

Many offers for corporate and club apparel still follow the same principle: a finished standard product is selected and subsequently printed or embroidered with a logo.

That can work. But it is not always enough.

After all, a company, a club, or a team does not consist of just a logo. It has its own colors, a history, a character, and people who identify with it.

That is why CREWILD goes a step further. We don't just want to label clothing, but rather develop a distinctive look together with you.

This can be understated and high-quality, sporty, elegant, eye-catching, or deliberately extraordinary. The decisive factor is that the result suits you.

Behind CREWILD is founder Thomas Schmidt.

After twelve years in various advertising agencies—six of which were spent working for a large clothing retail chain—he moved to an international sporting goods company in Herzogenaurach. There, he gained valuable experience in the fields of sports, sportstyle, brand management, and international marketing.

Further professional positions in the TV industry, tourism, marketing, and management consulting broadened this perspective.

CREWILD was born from this combination of fashion, sports, design, and brand understanding.

Because good teamwear shouldn't just be produced. It should convey an identity, connect people, and be something they enjoy wearing.

At CREWILD, you can design many products much more extensively than with a classic chest or back logo.

Depending on the item, you can include, among other things:

• your company or club colors
• individual patterns and color panels
• front and back
• sleeves and shoulder areas
• hoods, collars, and cuffs
• names, initials, and roles
• team or department designations
• sponsors and partners
• slogans and personal details

This turns individual products into a cohesive collection with genuine recognition value.

CREWILD develops custom clothing and accessories for various target groups and occasions:

• Schools, classes, and universities
• Hotels and hospitality businesses
• Clubs, crews, and communities
• Trade fairs and events
• Onboarding and employee gifts
• Fan clubs, music groups, and dance teams

From shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and jackets to sportswear, trousers, beanies, bags, backpacks, accessories, and shoes, you can put together your own personal selection.

Teams change. New employees or members join, sizes are missing, or individual items are needed later on.

Large minimum order quantities and full storage rooms therefore do not fit our concept.

Many products can be manufactured starting from a single piece and flexibly reordered later. We do not charge traditional setup costs for standard designs using suitable logo and motif files.

You order what is actually needed – instead of buying large quantities on speculation.

Once approved, we can make your individual items available in a dedicated customer shop or shop-in-shop.

There, employees, members, or other authorized persons can select their desired products and sizes themselves and order directly.

Depending on the agreed-upon solution, CREWILD handles:

• the provision of the collection
• order processing
• production
• payment processing
• Europe-wide shipping

You do not need to manage size lists, organize bulk orders, or store any merchandise.

Fashion and accessories are manufactured at various production sites in Europe. Custom shoes are produced at international production sites.

The majority of our items are only manufactured after an order is placed. This on-demand principle allows for flexible individual and repeat orders and reduces unnecessary overproduction.

We deliver to Germany and throughout Europe. Shipping costs are calculated transparently at checkout in the respective customer shop based on the items, order quantity, production sites, and delivery address.

For orders with a value of 200 euros or more after the deduction of any discounts, we offer free shipping throughout Europe.

For us, responsibility does not end with production. For every product sold via CREWILD, we have two trees planted and also support the removal of plastic waste.  

In this way, every order combines individual clothing with a concrete contribution to reforestation and a cleaner environment. This does not replace resource-efficient production – but for us, it is another step toward taking responsibility.

At the beginning, you don't need a finished design. For an initial inquiry, your logo, your desired colors, and a brief description of your idea are sufficient.

Together, we will clarify:

1. which products fit your project,
2. what the desired look should be,
3. which logos, colors, and personal details will be integrated,
4. what prices and delivery times apply,
5. how your order or customer shop will be implemented.

Production only begins after your approval.

CREWILD combines personal consultation with flexible production and digital order processing.

You will receive transparent gross prices, a corresponding net display upon request, and a proper invoice with VAT stated. Special additional services and shipping costs are displayed before the order is finalized.

Our goal is not just to sell you any item. We want to work with you to develop a collection that suits your company, your club, or your team and is something people enjoy wearing.
