Production and shipping – transparent from the start
Individually manufactured and delivered across Europe
At CREWILD, your clothing is not produced in advance. Your items are manufactured according to your approved design – for your company, association, school, club, or team.
CREWILD is a brand of Time Of Vibes UG (haftungsbeschränkt), based in Munich. Fashion and accessories are manufactured at various production sites in Europe. Shoes are individually produced at international production sites.
We deliver to Germany and across Europe.
How your individual collection reaches you
Before production begins, we coordinate the desired items and the design with you. The customized products are only manufactured after you have given your approval.
The process:

The order is shipped to the delivery address specified in the customer shop.
Production times for fashion and accessories
After design approval, the regular production time for fashion and accessories is approximately 3–5 working days.
Subsequently, the regular shipping time is approximately 2–3 working days.
The total delivery time is the sum of production time and shipping time.
Production times for shoes
Individually designed shoes require more time due to the more complex manufacturing process.
After design approval, the regular production time is approximately 10–14 working days. The subsequent shipping time is usually about 2–5 working days.
If you need your items for a tournament, trade fair, corporate event, or another fixed date, please inform us when making your inquiry. We will then check the realistic schedule before approval.
Transparent shipping costs in your own customer shop
Each CREWILD customer receives their own customer shop or shop-in-shop for their approved items. There, members, employees, or other authorized persons can select and order their desired items and sizes themselves.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart and at checkout. The system takes into account:

the selected products

the order quantity

the respective production sites
-
the specified delivery address
As a result, every customer sees exactly what shipping costs apply to their personal shopping cart before completing the order.
There are no hidden shipping costs added later.
Free shipping across Europe from 200 euros
From a shopping cart value of 200 euros after deduction of any discounts, we deliver your order free of charge throughout Europe.
Free shipping refers to the regular shipping costs. For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, import charges, processing fees, or local taxes may apply.
Delivery to Switzerland, Great Britain, and Norway
Deliveries to Switzerland, Great Britain, and Norway are also possible.
Since these countries are not part of the European Union, additional customs duties, import charges, processing fees, or local taxes may apply depending on the country of delivery, the value of the goods, and the regulations in force there.
These potential additional costs are levied by the relevant authorities or shipping service providers and must be borne by the recipient, unless otherwise explicitly stated at checkout.
Why can an order arrive in several packages?
CREWILD works with different production sites. As a result, items such as shirts, jackets, bags, and shoes may be manufactured in different locations and shipped separately.
An order may therefore arrive in several packages and on different days. No additional shipping costs will be charged for this after the order is completed. The total shipping price displayed at checkout remains binding.
For partial deliveries, multiple shipping confirmations and tracking numbers may be sent.
One delivery address per order
One delivery address can be specified for each order.
If several members or employees wish to have their items delivered to different addresses, each customer must place a separate order via the customer shop. Shipping costs will then be calculated individually for each order based on the items included and the respective delivery address.
This keeps every order transparent and clearly assigned.
Individual production instead of unnecessary stock
Our items are only manufactured after they have been ordered. This prevents unnecessary overproduction and allows for flexible individual and follow-up orders.
New employees or association members can order their items later via the customer shop. You do not have to pre-finance large quantities, store different sizes, or organize bulk orders.
